Born under northern skies but living in the southern light, it is with light in all its aspects that I want to play in my work.

Light brings energy and presence, triggers the inner lights of objects and beings and illuminates their interaction. It also creates reflections and reveals invisible things, atmospheres and the spirit of place. It acts as a pointer to details, invites the viewer to linger over them, musing about the passage of time and seeing things in a different perspective.
